Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from Hunter College in New York City, where he cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law and Property Law including residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Licensed in Georgia and North Carolina, Jeffrey is a member of the Atlanta Realtor’s Association and The Highlands-Cashiers Board of Realtors.  As the Marketing Specialist for the Michael Redwine Group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Jeffrey skillfully leverages his knowledge of local real estate markets, strong community ties, and well-honed negotiation skills to deliver a level of service, professionalism and results in excess of his clients’ expectations.

Jeffrey is a member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, is a graduate of the Trust’s Historic Preservation Leadership Course, and serves on the Madison-Morgan Conservancy’s Development Review Committee.  In his spare time, Jeffrey collects vintage automobiles and enjoys photography, travel, and spending time with his dogs.
