Weekend Fun in Macon at the Bragg Jam Music Festival

Bragg Jam is hosting its annual music, arts, and kids festival in downtown Macon, July 26 - 27.

There will be many fun and exciting activities that the community will be able to take part in. The festival will kick off its 2019 opening concerts on Friday, July 26, featuring special guest DJ B3 with African Americana.

The Arts & Kids Festival is a family friendly event for kids of all ages. This event is free to the public and will take place on Saturday, July 27, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Cherry Street Plaza, next to the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame. There will be performances by the Otis Redding Foundation students and Streetline. Players from the Macon Bacon will be signing autographs and Mercer’s Cheer Team (plus Toby the Bear) will be in attendance. These are just a few of the fun activities that will be happening during the festival.

Beginning at 3 p.m. on July 27, the Concert Crawl will offer a multitude of bands playing all day throughout Downtown Macon. VIP passes are $125 in advance, and $150 at the door. These tickets include VIP access at the Blacksmith Shop, Concert Crawl, and a 2019 Bragg Jam Concert Crawl T-shirt. The Concert Crawl tickets, sold separately, are $40 in advance, and $50 at the door. The ticket will grant access to all stages with over 60 acts.
